Meet the Pride PA Team

Mary Alder-Bentley

A hard working Executive Assistant with a proven track record working in corporate and privately-run companies covering a broad spectrum of duties. I am professional, flexible and work well independently or in a team. I am highly organised and offer first-class support and am pro-active.

I have worked in various industries over the last 35 years including fund management, property, law firms, chambers of commerce and at the Houses of Parliament.

I am currently working with Executive Action managing their office and all their administration and with Adaptaa Limited, an Executive Coaching and Leadership Development company.

Over the last 30 years I have learned many skills, the most valuable being people skills – learning to listen to what clients want!  It is extremely important to me to not let anyone down and I will always go the extra mile to achieve this.

I believe in being a perfectionist and am extremely proud of my track record through the various organisations I have worked for.

Debbie Alder-Bentley  

I have experience of working with clients in Insurance, training, finance, fitness and the slimming industry to name but a few.

I have qualifications in Management, administration, customer services and I am a qualified training officer. I have experience of working in Customer service, Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution and have excellent interpersonal skills on all levels.

I pride myself on having the ability to keep my head when all about me are losing theirs. This is not to say that I cannot also work in a calm environment where there is peace and harmony – so if anyone out there has one please feel free to send it my way.
